May - June
By Jason Severs | June 11, 2009
We have had a great time the last couple of months! God has proven himself to us again and again. We just returned home from South Carolina, and I loaded up and went to a Missions Revival at one of our supporting churches, Currytown Baptist! It was a thrill to just relax and enjoy the preaching, singing, and fellowship with the other missionaries and the very kind folks of the church.
Please keep us in your prayers, for we know that God is hearing and answering the petitions requested on our behalf!

Southport, NC
By Jason Severs | March 27, 2009
Tonite we are resting in Nags Head, NC!! We had the great joy of worshipping with Pastor Cox and his people at Sonrise Baptist Church in Southport on Wednesday evening. On Thursday morning we got up and hit the road for the Outer Banks of NC, this has been on of Teresa’s desires since our wedding ten years ago, and we have finally made it. The boys have done great, and they all seemed to enjoy the 2+ hours on the ferry. Our next meeting in on Sunday night, back in Central Virginia, so we will get home and packed again for that trip. Thanks for praying!!!!
PS. The new Prayer cards are at the printers and we hope to have them soon!

It is always exciting to see how God works in peoples lives. This week we have the joy of being apart of the first Missions Conference for Riverview Baptist Church, in Southside Alabama, where a good friend of ours pastors, Pastor Justin Smith. God truly blessed in this meeting, and if no one else was stirred after this meeting our family truly was! We are headed from here over to Cumming GA, and then south of Atlanta. Please keep us in your prayers and remember that we are praying for you.

We just made into the hotel here in Georgia, and have so much to rejoice over. We were with the folks of Fellowship Baptist in Cumming, Ga and they voted to take us on right after the service this morning. we had a blessed time with Pastor Lee and his family who took such great care of us. We then travelled to Newnan, Ga and were with the Tri-County Baptist Church, had a great service with them and we will travel home in the morning and then onto Southport, NC on Wednesday. Please keep us in your prayers, we love all of you!

Feb. Update
By Jason Severs | February 17, 2009
The Lord has blessed us thus far during this second month of the new year. We have been on the road, either in Jubilee’s or presenting the Lord’s work in Alaska.
We have just returned home, and are trying to get everyone healthy again. Jonathan and Andrew were both sick during this past week, and seem to be getting better, Praise the Lord. We also got word back from our insurance that we all have been approved for the lowest premium possible. This is a tremendous answer to prayer, seeing the different health issue’s that we have faced over the last seven years.
Thank you all who have faithfully checked this site to see if we have updated it. We appreciate your concern for our family and please know this, as you pray for us, we are and will continue to pray for you.

We trust each and everyone of you had a great Christmas and New Years!!! As we look forward to the year 2009 we are excited about what the Lord has in store for us and are praying to be in Alaska this year. We have had the priviledge to visit several great churches in our own home area, and it is exciting to see that God is using these churches to reach our own state. Please keep us in your prayers and may God bless you as you serve the Lord where you are!!!

October Update
By Jason Severs | November 10, 2008
First let me say sorry for the lack of updates to this site! We spent the month of October on the road and saw God bless us with four more churches partnering with us to take the Gospel to the Last Frontier. Nathanael and I left Teresa, Jonathan, Andrew and baby Timothy, for 13 days and flew to New England. God blessed and allowed to present our burden to five churches and had the joy of seeing two young folks trust Christ.
One of the highlights of this trip was being in Westbrook Maine. While Youth Pastor at Fellowship, we took the teens to Westbrook and helped Pastor Jason Stoeber and his wife canvas the town with literature about Westbrook Baptist Church. It was exciting to see the growth that God has allowed to this church and the time of fellowship with the Stoeber’s again.
Please keep us in your prayers, Teresa had some blood clotts after the birth of Timothy, but everything seems to be doing better. God bless you all!!
